The Death of Robin Hood

The barbarian Middle Ages, late 12th century: the primal instinct for survival is a daily reality, and men are cruel and unforgiving. King Richard the Lionheart is dead. England is drowning in chaos and corruption. A gravely wounded Robin Hood, seeking sanctuary and a safe place to hide, knocks on the doors of the remote Kirklees Priory. There, he falls into the hands of a mysterious woman (played by Jodie Comer), the mistress of the priory. Brigid is a mystical healer whose tenderness disarms Robin, forcing him to believe in goodness for the very first time. But those whom Robin crossed are coming to finish what they started. The legendary outlaw must once again take up arms and stand for his final, bloody battle. In the dark corridors of the priory and the mist-shrouded forests, a gruesome struggle begins as Robin defends what he has come to hold dear—even if it means paying with his final breath.
